QuinteVation Board – Accepting Applications!

Quintevation is seeking to add to their dynamic board of directors - applications must be submitted by Aug 9, 2019

 

QuinteVation is currently seeking individuals to join our board of directors to help steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure this not for profit organization has adequate resources to advance its mission.

QuinteVation exists to facilitate and encourage business innovation by entrepreneurs and thereby accelerate the growth of industries/sectors in the Bay of Quinte Region. Our vision is to see the Bay of Quinte become the most dynamic rural innovation region in Canada by 2023. More information regarding our activities can be found at www.quintevation.ca

We are interested in individuals who have a passion for innovation and entrepreneurism, possess strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills and understand effective decision making.

We are specifically seeking individuals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Fund raising
• Finance
• Human resources
• Information Technology
• Legal
Entrepreneurial experience is an asset.

The QuinteVation board meets at 9:00AM on the last Friday of each month. In addition to attending board meetings, all directors are expected to sit on two board committees and participate in associated committee work.
